Portico clock in gilded bronze and black, the round white enamelled dial shows the hours in Roman numerals and the quarters in Arabic numerals, it is hemmed with friezes of pearls and palmettes and is surmounted by a pediment decorated with a torch flanked by fantastical animals and garlands of falling flowers and leaves, it is underlined by two sphinxes. It is supported by two tapered pillars featuring busts of Egyptian women embellished with foliate applique motifs. It rests on an oval base hemmed with a laurel-leaf frieze and finished with four toupie feet. 19th century Height. : 40.5 cm - Width : 24.5 cm - Depth : 11 cm
