We remind you that lots are kept free of charge for 10 days from the Monday following the sale. After this period, you will be invoiced 10 euros/day for storage, unless a shipment has been arranged according to your instructions and the consignment note has been paid in full by the end of this period. We would be grateful if you could contact us to organize the recovery of your lots as soon as possible.
As these are second-hand weapons, hunting and shooting weapons, as well as cartridges, are sold as is, without any guarantee of functioning from the study or the expert. As the weapons cannot be tested, neither the study nor the expert can guarantee their functioning. All weapons must be checked by a gunsmith before use. As regards the reassembly of the weapons by the purchasers, no claim can be made to the study or the expert in the event of shortages or accidents.
Special conditions for the purchase of category C weapons subject to declaration
For the purchase of weapons in categories C and D paragraph 1, an identity document is required, in addition according to the decree of July 30, 2013: a valid hunting license for the year or a valid shooting license.
Article 43 of the July 30, 2013 decree
The acquisition by adults of weapons and their components in category C and 1° of category D is subject to the presentation of a hunting license issued in France or abroad or any other document in lieu of a foreign hunting license, accompanied by a validation title for the current year or a valid shooting license.
For the acquisition of a category C or 1° category D firearm, presentation of one of the documents referred to in the previous paragraph replaces production of the medical certificate stipulated in article L.312-6 of the French Internal Security Code.
Article 44 of the decree of July 30, 2013
When acquired with a view to transfer to another member state of the European Union or export to a third country, the acquisition of weapons, ammunition and their components from 1°, 2°, 3° and 8° of category C is not subject to presentation to the seller of a hunting license issued in France or abroad, or of one of the documents provided for in article L.423-21 of the Environment Code.
This acquisition is subject to the presentation of an export authorization, when required. The acquisition of weapons in category C (3°), as well as the acquisition of weapons and ammunition in category D (2°), is not subject to presentation of one of the documents referred to in the first paragraph.
If the purchase is made by an association approved for the practice of sport shooting or by a fairground shooting operator, the acquisition of category C weapons, ammunition or their components is not subject to the presentation of a hunting license issued in France or abroad, or of one of the titles provided for in article L.423-21 of the Environment Code.
The successful bidder must also have opened an SIA account beforehand.
Special conditions for the purchase of category B firearms subject to authorization
You must request authorization from the Prefecture of your place of residence (see addresses). To do this, you are subject to a number of obligations:
Valid proof of identity (document bearing your photograph).
Proof of residence or place of business (utility bill, rent receipt less than three months old, etc.).
