Black and griotte marble mantel set, topped by a round annular dial marked G. Bcrnann - Marseille. Bcrnann - Marseille, indicating the hours in Roman numerals and the iron track around the perimeter, it is hemmed with a frieze of water leaves, the central glazed section revealing the mercury balance is flanked by two engaged half-columns adorned with fluting, it rests on a doucine plinth, it is accompanied by a pair of cassolettes resting on a pedestal embellished with columns, the twisted shafts, the slightly protruding base adorned with an applique decoration. 19th century (accident to the pendulum attachment, chips and restorations, elements to be tightened) Clock size: Height : 47 cm - Width : 38 cm - Depth : 15 cm Dim. cassolettes : Height 28.5 cm - Diam. 20.5 cm
