Japan, mid-19th and early 20th century Lot of four prints and book pages, including: Hokusai (1760-1849), small print in yotsugiri format, from a series of "Fifty-three stations of the Tôkaidô"; double book page, taken from the Manga, illustrating models of well-known characters (framed under glass); Toyokuni III (1786-1864), oban yoko-e print, no. 3 from the series Sono sugata yukari no utsushi-e, "Magic lantern images of this romantic mauve figure" (Insolated, one corner torn).
