A round barbotine dish decorated in the basin with a statue of Napoleon on horseback in the Place Verte at Condé-sur-l'Escaut, mounted with the town's coat of arms and festooned laurel leaf frieze, the wing decorated with battle scenes and three cartouches bearing the dates "1419-1590 - 18 Février 1814" and a pearl frieze, the border hemmed with a laurel leaf frieze and crossed ribbons. (Minor chips on reverse). Diameter: 37.5 cm
