London, late 18th century, "onion" pocket watch, white enameled dial, painted hour-markers with Roman numerals and Arabic seconds, one hand, mechanical movement, escapement with meeting wheel and chain, the cock engraved Geo e Clarke London 4382, three silver cases, one in metal and tortoiseshell with silver edging, the last case in the form of a double shell with embossed and chased decoration of accolades and foliage. Damage and missing parts.
