CHINA - NANJING Baluster-shaped vase converted into a lamp, made of polychrome glazed earthenware; the body is decorated with two bands featuring dignitaries and warriors, alternating with sinus-like motifs and birds, as well as flowers and figures in reserve within cartouches. It is flanked by handles depicting the heads of Fô dogs holding rings. It rests on a round, carved, and openwork wooden base. (some missing enamel, damage, and missing sections on the base) Height: 43 cm
